Annie was born in the first half of 1855 at Wendron, Cornwall to William Williams and Jane Martyn. Jane was born in 1826 in Wendron, and William was born in 1825 in Gwennap. His occupation was a Mine Manager.

Annie was a pupil and boarder with the Carlyon family in St Columb Major during the early 1870's.

She played the organ.

Annie died in 1915 in Wendron.
