| William Henry was born in 1843 in St Ewe,
Cornwall into a farming family. He married his

over the farm at St Ewe when his father John
died. He also farmed in Wendron before becoming a
manager of a dairy factory. (His farm in Wendron
had a well in the grounds where they stored
butter made on the premises.)
William played the violin and all
his family were in the Chapel Choir and had
trained voices.
He died on 22.10.1923 in Camborne.
